We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a public Limited Company registered under the Company’s act 1956 in the year 2003 having registered office at “Sukruth” Building 1st Floor,2nd Block, Opp. K.C. Park Main Gate, P.B.Road, Dharawad -580008 and Distillery plant situated at Siddapur village, Jamkhandi Taluk, Bagalkot District in the state of Karnataka.
Ours is a 60 KLPD 3 in 1 plant with a facility for the production of 60 KLPD Rectified Spirit, 55.2 KLPD ENA and 55.2 KLPD Ethanol. Ours is a multi-pressure vacuum based continuous process plant and the generation of spent wash in our distillery is about 7-8 litres per litre of spirit. We are attached to our parent company Shri Prabhulingeshwar Sugars & Chemicals Ltd having crushing capacity of 10000 TCD. We are having MOU with our parent company for the supply of molasses, Pressmud and steam etc.
Further we have established Bio-digester plant for the generation of methane gas out of spent wash to be used as a fuel in the boiler and thereafter to use the treated spent wash for the production of organic manure. In this regard we have developed about 21 acre of land for facilitating the production of organic manure by using Pressmud as a filling material along with culture and other additives to enrich the compost. We are supplying Compost manure to the government of Karnataka for distributing to the farmers through Raith Seva Kendra.
